INTRODUCTION

Grupo Oito is organizing a full week of training to collect money for EQUAL RIGHTS BEYOND BORDERS, a non-profit organisation that works on reuniting families in Europe, on individual rights within the Dublin system and on providing qualified legal support to asylum seekers in EU Hotspots in Greece. https://www.equal-rights.org/

Everyday at 18.00 (CET) from Monday the 4th of May until Friday the 9th of May the members of Grupo Oito will offer different physical practices (60 minutes) open for everyone.

Monday 4th May

“HIP JOINTS FLEXIBILITY AND PELVIS OPENING” with Natalie Riedelsheimer
Through stretching and mobilization exercises (shaking, rotating and twisting) we will aim to open the hip joints, release leg and lower back tension, open the lower belly muscles, raise more consciousness and wake up the energy in the center of your body.
